2026 Package Terms & Conditions

Purchase & Validity

All 2026 packages are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Unused sessions or balances do not roll over and are forfeited at expiration.

Packages become active on the date of purchase and expire according to the package selected:

1. Annual Wellness Retainers: expire 12 months from purchase

2. Seasonal Wellness Packages: expire 4 months from purchase

3. Specialty / Clinical Series: must be used within the time frame outlined at purchase

Package Use

Packages may be used with any La Unica Wellness provider, unless otherwise noted for specialty or clinical offerings.

Packages are priced at a La Unica Wellness house rate and may be used toward:

• Individual sessions

• Classes, workshops, and La Unica–hosted events

Non-Refundable Policy

All packages are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit toward future purchases.

Scheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations: 50% of the session value will be deducted from your package

No-call / no-shows: 100% of the session value will be deducted from your package. This policy applies per occurrence.

Session Extensions & Add-Ons

Additional session time, tools, specialty services, or topicals may be added when available.

Any services beyond the scope of your package will be:

Deducted from your remaining package balance when applicable, or charged to your card on file at the time of service

Amenities

In-office sessions include heated treatment tables, beverages, and warm herbal packs when available, depending on the package selected and location.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included. Tips are always appreciated but never expected and may be sent directly to your practitioner via Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.

Transferability

Packages are intended for use within La Unica Wellness. Limited transfers may be approved at our discretion. Please contact us prior to booking for another guest.

Acknowledgement

By purchasing a 2026 package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that package pricing is independent of individual practitioner session rates.

Gift Certificate Terms
Gift certificates may be redeemed toward services, classes, and events at La Unica Wellness and are not valid for retail purchases. Certificates expire five (5) years from the date of purchase and decrease in value by 20% for each year unused.

Gift certificates hold no cash value, are non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for gratuity. Any remaining balance for services booked beyond the certificate value will be due at the time of service.
