METZLI CEREMONY

A channeled Mexican Ceremony to support women's moon cycles. Metzli, in Aztecan culture, meant 'moon.' Weaving together sacred natural elements of fire, water, Aztecan mud, tropical flowers, and leaves supports women called to bring in a new soul, those seeking balance to their menstrual cycle, or those seeking to feel embodied in bodily autonomy and divine love.
This experience includes guided meditation, sound healing, floral essences, lotus flame activation, and shamanic healing-- culminating in a powerful integration circle, bonfire, and potluck.

Reiki Certifications
Each selection incudes a certification of completion and a digital handbook.
Learn the fundamentals of this Japanese healing practice while exploring the body’s energetic systems, the history, benefits, and methods of Reiki healing. This five-hour class includes meditation and self-Reiki techniques to manage emotional energy, along with course handbooks, Q&A, hands-on practice, ceremonial ritual (Reiki Level I Attunement), and journaling.
In Reiki Level II, you will learn two Reiki kanji symbols, how to perform a full-body session, and a focused session for easing a medical ailment. This six-hour class includes hands-on practice, self-Reiki, work with a partner, course handbooks, Q&A, ceremonial ritual (Reiki Level II Attunement), and journaling.
Reiki Level III
The 16-hour Reiki Master Level class covers advanced Buddhist and Shinto meditation practices, Reiki techniques, and ancient Tibetan healing symbols. Learn to teach Reiki, perform Healing Attunements and Psychic Surgery, and receive your Master Level Attunement. Guided Meditation, tai chi, journaling, meals, snacks, and beverages included.
Monthly immersive workshops cover the widely overlooked Hayashi Healing Guide which offers protocols for utilizing Reiki for an array of medical ailments. These immersive classes are day- long opportunities to learn effective hand position techniques. Each workshop covers an average of seven protocols.

I’ve been a Holistic Health provider and entrepreneur for over 20 years. Throughout my journey, I’ve worn many hats—leading start-ups, working in outreach programs, and serving in nonprofit and community spaces.
Over time, my career has naturally evolved. Additionally becoming a business, wellness, and life coach, mentor, product designer, course creator, and wellness program architect.
